Effective January 01, 2008 Mr.Cappuccino, a Division of Westroast Coffee Company 1979 Ltd. requires a deposit for all equipment dropped off at our repair facility and for on-site service calls. 

We guarantee only the parts installed by us will perform satisfactorily under conditions of normal usage for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of repair, except as expressly provided above, there is no warranty or guarantee of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, or any other kind, expressed or implied, with respect to the services performed or parts furnished by us, and we do not of course, make any guarantee with respect to any other parts. If repairs later become necessary due to defective parts, they will be charged separately.

No merchandise dropped off for repair at our repair center will be returned / delivered without a claim check. Mr.Cappuccino will not be responsible for goods left over 30 days, nor by loss by fire or theft.
