Our journey begins at origin. We source exceptional green coffee beans from more than 15 countries around the world, carefully selecting distinctive origins to create an elegant collection of single-origin coffees and unique, signature blends.

As with our Italian espresso collection, we accept nothing less than the highest grades of coffee. Each origin is chosen with a discerning eye for quality, character, and provenance, allowing the natural expression of every coffee to shine through in the cup. Our blends are thoughtfully composed and refined through careful roasting and tasting, allowing each origin to complement the others while maintaining its own identity. The result is a harmonious coffee with layers of flavor, a rich aroma and a beautifully persistent finish.

Our relationships with producers and suppliers are built on shared values and a commitment to excellence. We continually evaluate our partners based on the quality of their coffees, the care and craftsmanship of their harvesting practices, and their dedication to responsible and sustainable cultivation.

We roast our 1lb (454g.) retail bags under our private label: Westroast Coffee Company 1979.

 You can now also purchase most of our filter coffee offerings in a 2kg. (2000g.) bag.

Coffee is supplied and packaged in whole bean form, but upon request, can be ground for: Filter or French Press.
